Tax-Free Purchases & Finance Options

Partridge Jewellers is pleased to offer tax-free purchases to customers travelling overseas. Purchases can be made at any of our stores prior to your travel date. Below are a few things to keep in mind.

Flight No. Required

Due to limitations, we are unable to store goods for unforeseen lengths of time. If you are planning to purchase an item tax-free, please align this with travel plans you already have.

Tax-free Rural Purchases

If you require assistance organising a tax-free purchase from a rural address, please be sure to contact your nearest Partridge Jewellers store directly.

Airport Handling Fee

Please note an Airport handling fee of $300 will be applied to all tax-free purchases.

At Partridge Jewellers we offer a range of payment and finance options to get you the item you want on terms that are right for you.

Instore Payment 
In any of our stores you can pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, AliPay, WeChat Pay, China Union Pay, by direct bank deposit or using one of our Gift Certificates. We also offer the convenience of lay-by as an alternative. One of our staff in store can assist with this option.

Long Term Finance
For Long Term Finance options, we offer finance through Q Mastercard and Gilrose Finance. A range of interest-free terms are available.

Q Mastercard
When purchasing in store, we offer interest free on purchases over $500 on either Q Card or Q Mastercard. A 10% deposit will be required. Some product exclusions may apply.

Interest Free terms and No Payments and No Interest terms are available on in store Long Term Finance (LTF) purchases $500 and over, until further notice. Exclusions may apply, see offer for details. 10% Deposit will be required. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first LTF transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. Standard Interest Rate of 28.50% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF Interest Free Period.  Rates and fees subject to change. Columbus Financial Services Limited and Consumer Finance Limited reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the offer and these Ts&Cs at any time without notice.

Gilrose Finance
For larger purchases, Gilrose Finance is another possible long term finance option available in our stores. Interest free terms are available, but some product exclusions apply. A 20% deposit is required.

Subject to lending approval, Gilrose Finance charges a $55 booking fee, a $4.75 monthly account fee and up to $10 credit check fee. Other charges may apply and can be found here. Following the completion of any interest free period interest will be applied to any unpaid loan amount, currently at 12.5% p.a.

Online Payment
For online purchases you can pay with Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
