At Partridge Jewellers we offer a range of payment and finance options to get you the item you want on terms that are right for you.
In-Store Payment Options
In any of our stores you can pay with eftpos, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, AliPay, WeChat Pay, China Union Pay, by direct bank deposit or using one of our Partridge gift vouchers. Afterpay is also available for purchases under $2,000.
We also accept cryptocurrency in-store via EasyCrypto, a secure and seamless way to pay using digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Please speak to our team for more information. All crypto payments are subject to approval and may exclude purchases of selected brands.
Online Payment Options
For online purchases you can pay with Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Afterpay is also available for purchases under $2,000.
Tax-Free Purchases
Partridge Jewellers is pleased to offer tax-free purchases to customers travelling overseas. Purchases can be made at any of our stores prior to your travel date. For more information, click here.
Long-Term Finance
For Long Term Finance options, we offer finance through Q Mastercard and Gilrose Finance. There are range of interest-free terms are available and more information can be found here.

Measuring Your Size
You may already know your ring size, based on a ring you own that is a comfortable fit. If not, you can download and print our handy ring size guide here to find out your size.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
All local deliveries are free of charge and our expert courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be able to reschedule your delivery with the courier for a more convenient time.
We aim to deliver domestic orders within 2-3 working days and international orders within 5-7 working days.
Please allow extra time on weekends, Public Holidays and during the Christmas period.

Returns
We are confident you will love your purchase, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you. This policy applies to online orders only and excludes sale items, payment links and special orders.
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Please note, on international deliveries, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes.
