We would like to thank you for your support during this difficult period and want to let you know how we are operating during these most unusual times. We will endeavour to provide the same excellent service that you are used to when you visit our stores even though it is not face to face.

During the Covid-19 Lockdown we are still available to answer your questions, we have staff from all our stores available to assist. Obviously, we are not able to access our stores but if there is anything, we can do to support you that does not require us being in store we are more than happy to do so.

Enquiries

Do not hesitate to contact us to enquire about any watch or jewellery products you would like to know more about. Our staff are knowledgeable and able to assist with this even when not in store.

Valuations

This could be the perfect time to check your jewellery is up to date with valuations. If your jewellery was originally purchased from us, we should be able to revalue this during lockdown. Ideally if you have the original certificate or last valuation that would help. Contact us with the items you would like valued and provide a photograph.

For items not purchased from us we can attend to this once we re-open

Remodelling or Redesign

While you are sitting at home, pull out that old jewellery you don’t wear, send us photographs of the items, a basic idea of what you want to achieve and if possible a budget and we will come back to you with some re-modelling ideas or designs to remodel your jewellery.

We clearly can’t make it now, but we can certainly consult and design new modern and fresh ideas to get underway as soon as we are re-open.

Do you have a special occasion during our closure?

Is that special person in your life going to have their birthday or possibly it is an anniversary during lockdown. There is no reason why they should miss out. We are able to offer you items online for immediate delivery once we open or create and email you a gift voucher that you can present on the special day.

Our 156 year old family owned company is founded on human values and with my teams help we will overcome the challenges.
